The Artichoke Team for one night only will venture away from the restaurant to take you on a gastronomic adventure in a breathtaking rural location. This evening will be as memorable as it is magical!
an inspired dining experience
Artichoke opened in August 2002 in the old town of Amersham.
Since then our modern European cuisine has developed over the years with an emphasis on the free range and the array of berries, herbs and fungi that can be foraged from our hedgerows, woods, and seashores.
please note:
We are open Wednesday to Saturday for dinner and from Thursday to Saturday for lunch.
On Wednesday and Thursday evening we offer our Tasting Menu as well as our Artichoke Menu.
On Friday and Saturday evening we offer our Tasting Menu only.
At lunch we offer our Lunch Five Course Tasting Menu, Artichoke Menu and our Tasting Menu.
All menus and prices are subject to change without prior notice, according to availability of ingredients.
In these challenging times with the ever-increasing cost of quality ingredients and running costs we have had to slightly raise our prices.
Please note from Thursday 23rd November our Tasting Menu will increase to £120 per person to include the festive snack; our Lunch Five Course Tasting Menu will increase to £75 per person and our Artichoke Menu will be priced £85 at lunch and dinner.
Our game dishes may contain shot.
Our menus are available for tables up to seven guests. For parties of eight or more, special menu packages and options, will be offered.
The tasting menu is to be enjoyed by the whole table.
In this particular time, we are only accepting card payments including America Express but not cash.
We are sorry for any inconvenience.
Whilst we do welcome families and children of all ages at lunchtime, we are unable to accommodate children under 8 years of age in the evening.
Please note, we do not offer a children’s menu, but we are able to offer smaller portions and dishes cooked more plainly for children under the age of 12 years old with notice and upon request.
dietaries and allergens
Whilst we cater for some food intolerances and allergies, providing notice is given and that these are mentioned when you make your reservation, we kindly request that dietary preferences are put aside whilst dining with us so that we can maintain the quality and high standards of our seasonally led tasting menus and dishes without compromise.
Please note, we can only accommodate for one allergen request per guest and, at this time, we are unfortunately unable to cater for Dairy Free Diets.
Allergen information is available upon request from our front of house management team. Whilst we will endeavour to do our best to accommodate food intolerances and allergies some of our dishes may not be completely allergen free.
