The Artichoke 20th Anniversary Celebrations
This Autumn we celebrate 20 amazing years of our much-loved Artichoke.
What began as a couple’s dream and ambition to open a neighbourhood eatery has matured and blossomed into the fantastic restaurant team that it is today. We are eternally appreciative and grateful of you all being part of this fantastic voyage.
Following the devastating fire from our neighbour in 2008, the Artichoke has risen like a phoenix from the ashes with our expansion and the accolades that followed notably Good Food Guide Best Newcomer of the Year 2011, AA UK Restaurant of the Year 2013/14, our Third Rosette and the crowning glory of a Michelin star in 2019.
Our past and present superb team have ensured Artichoke now sits firmly on the culinary map. Our philosophy is the same as when we first opened, delicious food, friendly and professional service in comfortable surroundings.
We have adapted and moved forward during these difficult times and continue to be inspired by our team and our guests. With so many stories and experiences to share, we will be hosting a series of unique and exclusive events to mark our special birthday!
