We are delighted to present an exceptional Charles Heidsieck Champagne Tasting Dinner on Wednesday 13th May 2026.

Take part in this unmissable dining experience, a showcase of the prestigious Charles Heidsieck Collection, in collaboration with our much-loved wine partners at Liberty Wines.

The evening will begin with a Champagne reception, accompanied by seasonal snacks. Guests will then be guided through a beautiful culinary journey with a bespoke Five-Course Tasting Menu where each course, created by Chef Patron Laurie, Head Chef Chris, and their team, will be paired with a selection of distinguished Champagnes and one exquisite red wine, some served by the magnum, from the exclusive Maison Charles Heidsieck to include a tasting of the legendary Champagne Charlie cuvee, cellared 2020, with its unique refined, aromatic profile, distinctively aged with a blend of reserve wines aged on the lees for up to 25 years.

Throughout the evening, Francesca D’Albertanson, Brand Ambassador for Charles Heidsieck, will host and introduce each cuvée to discover the stories behind them and insight into the house’s rich heritage and craftsmanship.

There will also be a rare opportunity to purchase these exceptional Champagnes at a preferred rate, to enjoy and cellar in the months ahead.
