The evening will commence with a prestigious Cuvee del Fondatore Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut Graziano Merotto reception accompanied with a collection of snacks followed by our bespoke Michelin starred Five-Course Tasting Menu.
Each course is paired in harmony with a selection of Gaja’s greatest wines introduced by Francesca Cioce, Gaja Family Ambassador, and Matteo Scaccabarozzi (now of VinumTerra), our former RM/Sommelier who many of you will fondly remember, for a special partnership for the evening.
