We are delighted to host an incredible evening of food and wine in partnership with Liberty Wines for an exclusive Champagne Tasting Dinner Event featuring some of the most renowned champagnes from Charles Heidsieck, our prestigious Champagne House.
Laurie, Chris and the team have created a bespoke Five Course Tasting Menu for this unique dining experience, showcasing the very best of produce in season. Each course will be matched by an exclusive range of Charles Heidsieck Champagnes and selected wines.
This event will be personally introduced by Simon Stockton – Senior Brand Development Manager.
The evening will commence with a Charles Heidsieck Brut Champagne Reception with snacks followed by five specially crafted dishes, complemented by an exquisite collection of Charles Heidsieck Champagnes and select wines. The surprises will not cease throughout the dinner with exceptional vintages and a tasting of a special edition vintage champagne, yet to be released.
Tickets for this unique event are strictly limited and priced at £195.00 per person to include champagne reception with snacks, five course tasting menu, matching champagne and selected wine pairing.
There will also be an opportunity to purchase some of the champagnes at a special rate to savour them over the coming months.

We kindly request guests to arrive on time for your allocated slot as the drink reception will start promptly. Please note, 50% deposit per person is kindly requested to hold all reservations which will be deducted from your bill. The deposit will be non-refundable with less than one weeks notice, at the discretion of the restaurant.
