This autumn, the Artichoke team took to the road!
Taking the heart and soul of the restaurant all the way to the racetrack at Silverstone.
For the first time in six years, the European Le Mans Series returned to the UK. To mark this special occasion Michelin Motorsports, chose Artichoke to host a Prelude Michelin Le Mans Cup Cocktail Dinner – an exclusive evening created for the racing drivers, their teams, and key promoters.
Held at the prestigious British Racing Drivers Club iconic building, the event was themed as “A Visual and Wild Tasting Trial: A Culinary Journey Through Seashore, Woodland and Orchard”, celebrating the very best of British produce.
The evening was a tremendous success, with the tasting plates, English wines, and drinks all being warmly received.
It was a true honour to be part of such a prestigious occasion, and we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to share our cuisine in such a memorable setting.
Special thanks go to the Teams at Michelin Motorsport and ELMS especially Marie, Olivia, Martin, Gaelle and Clemence whose support was invaluable in organising this remarkable event and made it possible to bring the vision to life.
