Commencing with a collection of exquisite snacks accompanied by the renowned English sparkling Hundred Hills, each course is expertly paired with the prestigious wines from Tempos Vega Sicilia by our talented Restaurant Manager and Sommelier Valentin in collaboration with Berkmann Wine Cellars. Miguel Gomez, Brand Ambassador from Vega Sicilia, will join us to introduce each pairing and to share fascinating insights on this outstanding producer.

Tempos Vega Sicilia

Founded in 1864, Tempos Vega Sicilia is an historical vineyard from La Ribeira del Duero in Spain, well known for its production of some of the finest red wines in the world.

The Alvarez family since 1982, has ensured continue development to the property and its reputation joining the Premium Familiae Vini, an association of 12 historical wine producers which includes the Rothschild Family, Antinori and Joseph Douhin to nominate a few.

As of today, Tempos Vega Sicilia has grown to include four other estates with Alion in La Ribeira, Pintia in Toro and Macan in La Rioja – the latter being a joint venture with the Rothschild Family.
